The office of Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, Member representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, has announced a change of venue for the ongoing Free Medical Outreach.
Originally planned for a different location, the outreach will now take place at the Palace of Oba Ongbongbo in Maryland, starting from Sunday, June 29 to Tuesday, July 1, 2025, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM daily.
The three-day medical mission, which is powered by Doctors on the Move Africa, continues to offer free, comprehensive healthcare services to residents of the constituency and beyond. Sponsored by Rt. Hon. Faleke, the outreach is part of his enduring commitment to the well-being of the people.
Free Services Offered Include:
- General outpatient consultations and free medication
- Laboratory tests (including malaria, diabetes, and blood screenings)
- Ultrasound screenings
- Dispensing of reading glasses
- Minor and major surgeries (such as hernia, hydrocele, and appendectomy)
- Public health education on illnesses like cancer, cholera, and Lassa fever
All surgical procedures will be carried out at the General Hospital Ifako-Ijaiye, ensuring patients receive the best medical care in a safe and well-equipped environment.
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of this golden opportunity to access quality healthcare at no cost.
“This outreach is part of my ongoing dedication to providing responsive, people-focused representation. I urge everyone to come out and benefit from these life-changing services,” Rt. Hon. Faleke stated.
The new venue offers better accessibility and comfort for attendees, and the organizers have assured the public of a seamless medical experience.
