The Governor of Rivers State, Siminalayi Fubara, has sworn in a new Secretary to the State Government (SSG) and Chief of Staff as part of efforts to strengthen governance and reposition his administration for effective service delivery.
The swearing-in ceremony, which took place at the Government House in Port Harcourt, was attended by top government officials, political stakeholders, and party leaders. The event marked another significant step in the governor’s drive to consolidate his administration and enhance coordination across key arms of government.
