The ranking federal lawmaker representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. James Abiodun Faleke, extends heartfelt greetings to Christian families across Ikeja, Lagos, and Nigeria as they mark this blessed Palm Sunday.
Palm Sunday commemorates the triumphant entry of Jesus Christ into Jerusalem, a moment celebrated with the waving of palm branches. It is a powerful reminder of Christ’s kingly nature, the joy of His arrival, and the transformative power of His reign in our lives.
In his goodwill message, Hon. Faleke encourages the faithful to hold onto hope and remain steadfast in faith.
“May Almighty God, who gave us His Son as Redeemer and King, grant us the grace and courage to walk in His footsteps until we attain eternal life with Him. May our prayers be answered through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen,” he said.
