WithholdingTax Regulations: UBA to Hosts Webinar  Educate SMEs  

Africa’s Global Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Plc, is set to host a Knowledge Series webinar aimed at educating Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) about the recently implemented 2024 Withholding Tax Regulations. The online event, themed “2024 Withholding Tax Regulations: Specific Emphasis on How They Affect SMEs,”is scheduled for Thursday, January 30, 2025, at 12 noon.  

The webinar, accessible via Zoom ([Register Here](https://ubagroup.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_6gAJ6SYeQXaaYanXykBuiQ)), is part of UBA’s ongoing Knowledge Series, a capacity-building initiative designed to empower business owners with actionable insights and best practices for success.  

This edition focuses on equipping SMEs with a deeper understanding of the new tax regulations, their implications, and how UBA’s tailored offerings can support business growth.  

Leading the session will be an expert panel, including UBA’s Head of SME Banking, Babatunde Ajayi, and financial analysts Adeyemi Adediran and Vincent Okoukoni from Anderson Consulting. They will share insights into navigating the new tax regime while fostering business resilience and growth.
