In a renewed commitment to community welfare, the lawmaker representing Ikeja Federal Constituency, Rt. Hon. (Dr.) James Abiodun Faleke, has launched a Free Medical Outreach and Palliative Program for elderly residents.
Initially scheduled for an outdoor venue, the outreach has now been moved to the Ojodu LCDA Secretariat Hall, Oke-Ira due to weather conditions. The program is currently ongoing, offering residents a vital opportunity to access quality healthcare services at no cost.
Residents are encouraged to participate in this initiative, where qualified medical professionals are providing a range of services including:
- Dental check and cleaning
- Eye check, glasses, and medication
- Malaria check and medication
- Diabetes screening and medication
- Hepatitis B test and counseling
- Arthritis testing, medication, and massage
- HIV 1 & 2 screening and counseling
