Engr. Luqman Olabode Kehinde Akerele (LOK), a frontline aspirant for the Ikeja Constituency I seat in the Lagos State House of Assembly, has met with the Forum of Past Councillors (FPC) to formally present his R.I.S.E Agenda as part of ongoing grassroots consultations.
