During the retreat, Usman called for unwavering commitment from delivery officers and planning directors, stressing their pivotal role in tracking ministerial progress. She stated, “Ministers will be assessed, and ministers will be dropped if they don’t perform,” underscoring the need for accountability in achieving the government’s objectives.
